Can I return items, and how?

Each brand handles its own returns. You can return items by mail or at the brand's official store, following the return instructions in the brand's confirmation email. Returns for different brands must be processed separately due to their individual policies.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs vary based on the brand's location, the delivery method selected, and your shipping address. If the brand applies a shipping fee, it will be added separately at checkout. If there is no fee from the brand, you won't be charged anything extra.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by brand. Check the confirmation email from the brand for specific timelines and tracking details.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Check the tracking link in the brand's confirmation email for updates. If your order is delayed or there's an issue, contact us via the app's chat, and we'll reach out to the brand on your behalf to help resolve it.

Who handles order issues or returns?

Each brand manages its own returns and order issues. We'll promptly forward any updates or instructions from the brand to you, ensuring you have everything needed to resolve matters directly with them.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund to your payment method within a few business days. You'll receive a confirmation email and can track the status in the app under "Shopping Item Status."

Where are receipts and return details sent?

You'll receive a separate receipt and return instructions via email from each brand. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for these details.

How does ordering work?

Shopping is a breeze! Approve a style suggestion, add items to your cart, and purchase with one click. We handle the order for you, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a receipt directly from the brand.

Can I order from multiple brands?

Absolutely! Add items from various brands to your cart in one go. Each item may ship separately based on the brand's process, but we'll place all orders for you with a single click.

What are the fees?

We add a 3% convenience fee for processing your order, plus a payment processing fee (1% for ACH, 3% for credit cards). These are clearly shown at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and installment options (where available). ACH payments incur a 1% fee, and credit cards a 3% fee.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we only ship within the USA, but we're working to bring our stylish selections to more places soon!
